On July 26, 2007 the IRS published final 403(b) regulations
regarding retirement savings arrangements sponsored by public schools and 501(c)(3) tax exempt organizations.
To assist our employer clients in their new role as overseer of the 403(b) plans they sponsor, GLP & Associates designed a stand-alone administrative system,
through our subsidiary company Strategic Administrative Group LLC, which includes separate common remitting services.

Strategic Administrative Group’s administrative services have been specifically designed to assist you in 403(b) plan oversight,
and our common remitter service that can be used in conjunction with our plan administration to monitor participant contribution limits.
Our Common Remitter service and plan administration are designed to interface electronically with sponsors and participants.  More importantly,
the administrative system will be the central location for withdrawal requests and employer approvals. By gathering data from each of an employer’s
investment providers electronically, our plan administration can be updated quickly with the most recent plan and investment provider data.
Common Remitter services provide a one-stop source for remitting funds to any approved plan vendor. Common remitting and our plan administration provide the following: Common Remitter service: Coordination of an unlimited number of investment providers Plan disbursement support Consolidation of contribution data and fund remittances Simple file requirements for both you the employer and for your investment providers 24 hour turnaround if files and wire are received in good order by 2:00 pm EST. Regulations Made Easy:
Separate from the plan record keeping system that maintains our client accounts, our administrative system is password protected
and accessible by employee plan participants as well as by the 403(b) plan sponsor. We gather data from each investment provider on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
in order to approve withdrawal transactions such as loans, hardships, QDROs, intra-and inter-plan transfers, etc. We provide annual notification to all eligible employees
whether or not they are participating in the 403(b) plan, via email based on sponsor census data. We also provide free personalized employee education about the 403(b)
and 457 plans (including approved investment provider information), as well as information about MPSERS and the retirement process.
Contribution limit monitoring for 403(b) and 457 plans, is also included for all approved investment providers who provide data to GLP Strategic Administrative Group. We also provide a specimen plan document and any related forms necessary for inclusion into our system.Should you choose to utilize our optional plan administration or
Common Remitter services, we will work with you to complete required legal agreements needed between GLP & Associates and your school district.
